Description
The LeFiell Pan Type Hog Viscera Inspection Table is furnished in various lengths to fulfill the needs of differing line speeds and regulations. The pans are stainless steel and are attached to conveyor chains with stud welded bolts. Frames are welded pipe construction and are zinc plated after fabrication. Unit can also be fabricated in stainless steel. The conveyor drive is synchronized with the movement of the carcass conveyor.
A sterilizing cabinet automatically washes returning pans as they pass through the four station hot water spray and final cold water spray. When used for hogs only, tables are furnished with 12″ x 30″ x 3″ head pans with head holders and 24″ x 30″ x 3″ viscera inspection pans. When used for combination of hogs and calves, tables are furnished with 12″ x 36″ x 3″ head pans with head holders and 24″ x 36″ x 3″ viscera inspection pans. All tables can be furnished with or without platforms and with or without head holders.
