These carefully designed and well constructed tables are made in various shapes and length with any location of paunch lift made to suit particular requirements. Can be furnished with divided hopper for separate removal of dry paunch contents. For BAI approved table, see No. 2005-1 illustrated above and dimensions below. A paunch grate overhangs the manure hopper 12 inches to facilitate easy dumping.
The table top is pitched for draining to the hopper and perforated water pipe is often used to keep the table flushed. Table has adjustable pipe legs, complete 24″ wide workers’ stand (except on 36″ high table) on one side, paunch lift, quick opening valve on the 1 1/2″ U-shaped tripe flushing pipe. 6″ drain connection and large rectangular opening in divided hopper, 8″ drain only in single hopper. For added convenience an overhead fat chute can be supplied. Several water outlets should be installed over the table. When ordering table it is suggested that for each outlet drop hose No. 9080-15 with No. 9080-30 or -32 valve be ordered. Zinc plated throughout. Table top, paunch lift and hopper can be furnished in stainless steel, special as ordered. Skip hoist type paunch lift can be furnished special as ordered.
